BARBECUED LIMA BEANS 
2 cups dried lima beans
1/4 lb. bacon
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Soak beans overnight. Next day, drain and add water and bacon. Cook slowly until tender. Drain reserving 1 1/2 c. liquid. Brown onion and garlic in fat. Add mustard, worcestershire sauce, chili powder and salt. Cook 5 minutes. Alternate lima beans and sauce in greased casserole.

Bake 30 minutes at 400°F.

Serves 8.
