BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. steak meat
2 green peppers
2 med. onions
1 carton mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cartons sour cream
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 c. burgundy wine

Chop onions, mushrooms, peppers and saute in butter. Cut meat into bite size pieces and brown. Put vegetables, meat, soup and 1 carton sour cream together, simmer. Add brown gravy mix and wine. Simmer 2-3 hours. Add last carton of sour cream. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
