CHICKEN FAJITAS 
4 deboned chicken breasts
1/2 c. lime juice
Garlic salt
Ground cayenne pepper (red pepper)
3 green peppers, sliced
2 onions, sliced
3 tbsp. oil
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream & salsa
Flour tortilla shells

Pound chicken breasts, sprinkle each breast with red pepper and garlic salt. Roll up breasts; soak in lime juice, marinate 30 minutes. Saute onions and green pepper in 1 tablespoon oil and water until tender.

Prepare lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Heat shell in oven wrapped in foil at 250 degrees or microwave 2 shells on high for 30 seconds.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet, add lime juice, saute breasts until tender. Remove and slice chicken breast to desired size. Place cooked chicken, cooked peppers and onions in skillet; heat thoroughly. Serve hot! Enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
