CHOCOLATE PRETZEL CANDY 
1 lb. white chocolate bark
1 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. finely chopped roasted peanuts
1 c. crushed pretzels

Conventional Method: Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Mix in peanut butter, then add peanuts and pretzels. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper or foil, or spoon into candy molds. Chill until firm.

Microwave Method: Melt chocolate in microwave safe container at 50% (medium) for 2 minutes. Stir and continue in 30 second intervals until melted. Add peanut butter, peanuts and pretzels. Drop by teaspoon. Peanut-shaped candy molds would be nice. Chill.

Makes about 1 1/2 pounds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
