CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES 
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
Candy Decorations

Heat mixture (semi-sweet chocolate, peanut butter, milk, butter, salt) over medium heat in saucepan, stirring all the time until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

Pour mixture into medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 1/2 hours or until chocolate mixture is firm. Shape heaping teaspoonfuls of chocolate into balls. Gently roll each ball into candy decorations.

Place truffles on cookie sheet (line cookie sheets with wax paper). Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm. Cover and refrigerate any remaining truffles.
