CORNMEAL CHEESE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
Approximately 2 1/2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (3/4 c.)
3 1/2 c. unbleached flour
1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
5 drops hot pepper sauce
3/4 c. ice water

After dough begins to form a ball, knead for 45-60 seconds. Place floured ball in 1 gallon Ziploc bag for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Let rise. Makes 2 loaves. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
