SUMMER SQUASH WITH SOUR CREAM 
3 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, sliced
1 lb. yellow squash, sliced
1 lb. zucchini, sliced
1 c. sour cream
Seasoning (your choice)
Paprika

Heat oil; add onion. Cook about 5 minutes or until soft. Add squash and continue cooking until lightly browned. Add sour cream. Simmer until squash is tender. Season to your taste. Sprinkle with paprika.
