CORN FRITTERS 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. corn, drained (save 1/4 c. liquid)
2 eggs, separated

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add corn and liquid and beaten egg yolks; fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Fry in deep fat until browned, drain on paper.
