HOMEMADE DUTCH SOUP | |
3 qt. water 1 lb. hamburger (salt & pepper & put into hamburger balls, 1") 1 c. sliced celery 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 c. diced carrots 2 beef bouillon cubes 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix 1 (6 oz.) pkg. egg noodles (or 2 c.) Bring water to boil and drop in hamburger balls, one at a time. Add the next 6 ingredients and cook for 20 minutes. Serves 10 to 12. |
