1 c. brown rice
2 c. bouillon
1/2 c. burgundy wine
1/2 stick butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can small broken mushrooms
1/2 c. green onions, chopped

Mix above. Place in greased covered casserole and bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Check to see if dry and add boiling water if needed.
