CRANBERRY JELLO MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 1/2 c. chilled orange juice
1 lg. orange
1 tsp. orange peel (reserve from orange)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries (chopped)
1 c. apple (peeled and chopped)
1 1/2 c. pecans (chopped)

Dissolve Jello in water and pour in orange juice. Chill about 3 hours.

Chop orange, apples, cranberries and pecans in blender or food processor. Fold chopped ingredients into chilled Jello mixture. Pour into Jello mold. Chill until firm. Serves 6-8.
