HAM TETRAZZINI 
1 c. diced ham
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
6 oz. cooked spaghetti
1 can mushroom soup

In saucepan, brown the ham and onion in butter until onion is tender. Blend in soup, milk and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring often. Add cooked spaghetti, pimento and parsley flakes. Serves 4 to 6.
