GRAPEFRUIT SALAD 
3 c. grapefruit sections & juice
1 1/2 c. boiling water to dissolve sugar
3 env. Knox plain gelatin
Juice of 1 lemon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped nuts

Add lemon juice to the grapefruit. Pour 1/2 of the grapefruit in a container and let congeal. Add cream cheese. If you like add a little mayonnaise to the cream cheese. Then add chopped nuts to cream cheese mixture. When the first grapefruit mixture is congealed add the remainder on top of the first mixture. Then add the cream cheese mixture on top of the first mixture.
