CABBAGE, GROUND BEEF DISH 
Shred a head of cabbage coarsely.

Saute in butter: 1 lg. onion, chopped fine

Heat through, but do not brown. Season to taste and drain.

In a casserole dish put a layer of cabbage, a layer of meat mixture and another layer of cabbage. Pour 1 can tomato soup over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until tender.
