OATMEAL PIE (Fake Pecan Pie) 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light Karo syrup
3/4 c. oatmeal (quick cooking)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar gradually. Beat until thick. Stir in remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until pie is firm.
