ITALIAN DEEP DISH PIZZA 
1 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. Eckrich smoked sausage, or Polaska Kielbasa, diced
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4-1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed (I use peas)
