PEANUT BUTTER ROLL 
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
Milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Creamy peanut butter

Cream sugar and butter, adding enough milk to make a stiff dough. Roll out on waxed paper, spread with peanut butter. Roll up and chill for at least 1 hour. Slice into narrow slices. Keep refrigerated.
