FRENCH PANCAKES 
4 eggs
Salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. flour
4 pats melted butter

Mix eggs, salt and sugar. Add milk and blend. Mix in flour and then butter. Add enough batter to just cover the bottom of a large skillet and fry over medium-high heat. Turn once. roll it up around syrup or preserves on a plate. Serves 4.
