4 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
2 c. sugar, or less
2 c. chopped suet or beef drippings
4 c. water

Heat water and suet to boiling. Stir together cornmeal, flour, and sugar. Pour into boiling pot and quickly stir. Immediately spoon into disposable pans. Cool. Refrigerate or freeze.

This is a good way to use old grease and weevil flours.
