2 c.flour
1 lb. box brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 stick melted butter
1 egg
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk

Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda and butter together until crumbly. Set aside 3/4 cup of mixture for topping. Add egg and milk to remaining mixture. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with reserved crumbly mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
