EASY BEEF ROLLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
12 bacon slices
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce (Hunts)
toothpicks

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together, except for the bacon and tomato sauce. Shape the meat mixture into a roll about 2 to 3-inches long, and wrap bacon around each roll. Hold together with a toothpick. Place in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.

Bake at 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until done.

Note: This dish may also be frozen, then cooked at a later date.

Makes 12 beef rolls.
