CHEESECAKE 
1 (9") graham cracker pie crust
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice (ReaLemon)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can cheery pie filling (optional)

In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add vanilla extract and lemon juice. Chill 3 hours or until set. Spread cherry filling on top of pie.
