1/2 head iceburg lettuce
6 carrots, shredded
1 lb. cheddar, shredded
1 (16 oz.) mayonnaise
2 cans drained & rinsed peas
1 lb. crumbled bacon
6 green onions, chopped

Layer all in listed order, saving some bacon and green onions to decorate with. Combine 1 jar mayonnaise or mayonnaise type salad dressing with 1 cup sugar. Mix well. Seal top of salad with dressing mixture then decorate with green onion and bacon.
