SHRIMP VERDI 
8 oz. pkg. vermicelli pasta
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 c. sm. shrimp, cleaned & deveined
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain. In large skillet, heat butter and olive oil. Add shrimp, onion and garlic. Cook and stir until shrimp are tender and pink (do not brown). Remove from heat and add cooked vermicelli, parsley, salt and pepper and cheese. Toss well and serve immediately.
