IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. sliced pared tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. sugar
Streusel
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Mix apples and spices; turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients except streusel until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55-60 minutes.

STREUSEL

Mix 1 cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar and 3 tablespoons firm butter until crumbly. High altitudes heat oven to 350 degrees. Use 5 cups thinly sliced apples. Bake 60-65 minutes.
