SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 c. chopped apples
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, softened

Combine 2 tablespoons flour, sugar, egg, vanilla, salt and sour cream in bowl; mix well. Fold in apples. Spoon into pie shell.

Combine brown sugar and 1/3 cup flour in small bowl; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of apple mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

Each serving: About 460 calories, 27 g. fat, 53 mg. cholesterol, 365 mg. sodium.
