MUSHROOM-BARLEY SOUP | |
2 lg. onions, chopped 3 med. carrots, peeled and sliced 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced thin 8 c. beef broth 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1 stalk celery, chopped 1/2 c. barley 1/4 tsp. black pepper Place all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to boil, then adjust heat to simmer, partly covered for 45 minutes. |
