ARTICHOKE DIP 
9 oz. pkg. frozen artichokes
3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayo
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Cook, drain and chop artichokes in food processor. Mix all ingredients and stir well. Put mixture into quiche dish and sprinkle on extra Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees until golden. Serve with favorite crackers.
