GREEN BEAN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked cut green beans, drained and chilled
1 c. chilled cubed chicken
1/2 c. thinly sliced water chestnuts
1 hard cooked egg, diced
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/4 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. mustard

Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir together rest of ingredients plus 1 teaspoon salt, add to bean mixture. Toss lightly. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve in lettuce cups. 6 servings.
