CHICKEN WITH GREEN BEANS | |
1 fryer, cut up 2 cans green beans 2 sm. or 1 lg. can tomato paste Garlic or garlic salt Hot cooked rice Cover fryer with water in stewing pot. Add salt. Boil for about 10 minutes, spooning off any scum. Add 1 clove garlic or about 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt. Also add a few shakes of black pepper. Add tomato paste and green beans. The sauce should be a little thinner than tomato soup. Boil for about 10 minutes more or until meat is tender. Spoon over hot rice. |
