GUACAMOLE DIP 
3 lg. ripe avocados, mashed
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. tomato, peeled & chopped
2 oz. green chilies, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
Fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients until creamy. If made in advance, place in bowl with avocado pit to prevent discoloring. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups.
