CIDER JELLY 
2 c. bottled cider
3 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 bottle liquid fruit pectin

Put cider and sugar in large saucepan and mix well. Put over high heat and bring to boil, stirring. Stir in pectin at once, then bring to full rolling boil and boil hard, stirring 1 minute. Remove from heat, skim off foam with metal spoon and pour quickly into 5 hot sterilized medium glasses. Seal at once with 1/8" hot paraffin. If making for immediately use, don't seal, just cover and chill.
