BREAD PUDDING 
2 loaves stale bread
1/2 gal. milk
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 stick melted butter
5 eggs, beaten
15 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 sm. boxes raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bread into cubes. In a 4 quart pot mix all ingredients. When everything is well mixed, pour into 9 x 13 inch baking pan and cook for about 30 minutes or until light brown.

WHISKEY SAUCE:

1 stick melted butter
1 c. sugar
3 jiggers whiskey

Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Pour on top of bread pudding.
