NANCY'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
2 beaten eggs
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. celery soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Ritz crackers, crumbled
Butter

Cook broccoli and drain. Combine remaining ingredients, except cracker crumbs and butter and mix with broccoli. Place in greased casserole dish and sprinkle with cracker crumbs; dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Yields 10-12 servings.
