ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING 
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 to 4 tsp. sugar (or equivalent)

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Refrigerate overnight.

Yield: 2/3 cup.
