YAM PUDDING 
2 lg. coffee mugs of sugar
2 eggs
1 c. Aunt Jemima flour (use same size cup for flour)
1 can milk
1 can yams (40 oz.) with liquid
1 melted stick butter
Cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth or use hand mixer. Bake one hour or until knife comes out clean. Let rest about 1 hour before slicing.
