PINEAPPLE CHEESE BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained

Combine first 5 ingredients until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Press remainder into 9x13 inch pan. Beat eggs and combine remaining ingredients, folding pineapple in last. Pour over crust. Add remaining cup of crumbs. Bake 35 minutes in a 350 oven. Cool, cut and refrigerate.
