VEGETABLE DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. vegetable soup mix (by Knorr)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in broccoli that is thawed and vegetable soup mix. Put in flat casserole. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with thin toasted bread rounds or plain crackers.
