1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry onion mix
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. sour cream
3 green onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach

Press all liquid out of spinach. Chop. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 3 hours.
