ORIENTAL FISH AND VEGETABLE STIR
FRY
 
1 envelope vegetable soup mix
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 to 1/2 ginger, ground
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. halibut, cod or firm white fish fillets, cut into 1 inch chunks
2 c. broccoli flowerets

In small bowl, mix vegetable mix, cornstarch, ginger and garlic powder. Stir in water and soy sauce, set aside. In large skillet, heated, cook green onions and broccoli 1 minute or until broccoli is crisp tender. Add soup mixture and fish. Cook, stirring frequently 3 minutes or until fish is tender. 4 servings.
