CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 lb. brown sugar
1 c. white syrup
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 batches popcorn

Combine syrup, butter and sugar. Bring to a boil. Add milk, boil again. Cook on low heat to soft ball stage, add vanilla. Pour over popcorn.
