CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg yolk

FILLING:

1 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened

Mix crust ingredients by hand until blended. Spread across bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees.

Beat together cottage cheese and cream cheese at high speed until creamy. Add sugar and beat thoroughly. Add eggs. Reduce speed to low and add cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla. Add melted butter and sour cream. Beat until well blended.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn heat off and let stand in oven 2 hours until almost cool. Best if served next day.
