ZUCCHINI WEENIE 
5 or 6 sm. zucchini
Wiener or sm. pork sausages
1 can tomato soup
Season to taste

Wash the zucchini and hollow out the insides (this can be done by hollowing out with an apple corer or splitting lengthwise and hollowing out inside and put back together with toothpicks).

Stuff each zucchini with a wiener or sausage (sausage should be cooked first). Place in a saucepan and pour soup over, add the seasonings and simmer until tender. In serving put the zucchini on a platter with the soup over them as a gravy.
