WELSH RAREBIT 
4 c. fine stale bread crumbs
3 c. milk
1 lb. diced American cheese
1 lb. diced New York State aged cheese
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce

Soak bread crumbs in milk in top of double boiler. Place over hot water and add cheese. When cheese has melted, stir well. Add dash of salt and pepper A-1 sauce. Serve on hot toast.

Serves 10 to 12.
