ORANGE SHORTBREAD 
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice concentrate
1/3 c. flour

Mix 2 cups of flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl. Mix butter and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in flour mix. Chill 2 hours. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Beat eggs, sugar, orange juice concentrate, and 1/3 cup flour. Pour over baked layer. Bake 30 minutes more. Cool and sprinkle with 10x sugar. Cut into squares.
