SLIM 'N SPICY COCOA | |
1/4 c. cocoa 1/4 c. water 3 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. orange peel 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon Combine in a medium saucepan. Cook 2 minutes, stir over medium heat until smooth. Gradually stir in 1 quart of skim milk. Heat just to simmering. Do not boil. Remove from heat, add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Serve with a cinnamon stick stirrer. Makes 4 cups or 5 servings. 138 calories. |
