CALIFORNIA TUNA PATE 
2 (6 1/2 - 7 oz.) cans tuna
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. thinly sliced celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry power
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. toasted nuts
Crisp greens

Drain the tuna and break into chunks. Cook and drain peas. Combine peas, celery and tuna. Cover lightly and chill well. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and garlic salt. Chill well. Add chow mein noodles to tuna mixture and toss lightly. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss again. Serve on a bed of crisp salad greens and sprinkle with the toasted nuts.

For variety, 2 medium size jars of cocktail onions, drained, or sliced radishes or chopped green onions may be added. Serves 6-8.
