1 lb. haddock
1/8 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise mixed with 1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Spread mayonnaise and mustard mixture over fish. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese, then with paprika. Bake until done at 350 degrees or so.
