SANDRA'S VEGETABLE SPREAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. green pepper, celery and onion
3/4 c. grated carrots
Grated cucumbers, well drained
Add a dash of: salt, garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients which have been finely chopped and drained, then add softened cream cheese. Will make 48 trimmed and cut party sandwiches.
