8 canned biscuits
3/4 c. water
1 lb. ground turkey or ground beef
3/4 tomato paste
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Add onion, salt and pepper to taste

Press biscuits into pan to make crust. Brown meat and drain. Add all the remaining ingredients except the cheese. Cook on low heat 10 minutes. Layer 1/2 meat and 1/2 cheese. Repeat. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
